We ship across the European Union.
Estimated delivery time within the EU is 3–8 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination and external factors such as carrier delays or customs processing.


Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.


Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking details to update.


Delays

HÈVOIR is not responsible for shipping delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.


Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. HÈVOIR is not liable for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.


Lost or Damaged Packages

HÈVOIR is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at info@hevoir.com within 48 hours of delivery and include your order number and photos of the damage.
