Returns & Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it—unworn or unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or other proof of purchase.

If your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. We will evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom or personalized products, and personal care items (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the original item. Once your return is approved, you may place a new order for the replacement item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days for any reason and without providing justification. The item must be returned in its original condition—unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If your refund is approved, it will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at info@hevoir.com.
